When do I pay for my care?
We invoice you for our care services 4-weekly in arrears. You must pay each invoice within 14 calendar days of the date of the invoice by Direct Debit.
Invoices are sent to you by email or, if you prefer, by post. Your invoice will clearly summarise the cost of all the care received during the last 4-weeks, including any travel or expenses.
If we will be providing care to you for 4 weeks or less, we will invoice you in advance and the sum must be paid before we can begin the care. These fees (but not the £100 Short Term Care Assessment Fee) are refundable if you cancel this care agreement, provided you give us at least 14 days’ notice of your wish to cancel.
