What is Carefound Home Care?
Carefound Home Care is a provider of highly personalised home care services to elderly people in Yorkshire and Cheshire, enabling our clients to continue to live an independent life in their own homes with the support of an expert home carer when they need it. Our award winning home care services are available on an hourly care or live-in care basis and are fully accredited and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We employ the top 2% of professional carers in our local areas and they are fully employed by us, meaning that we take responsibility for providing training and 24/7 support from our local offices in Harrogate, Yorkshire and Wilmslow, Cheshire. We offer a consistent, fully managed care at home service on either a permanent or respite basis, so whether you require low level care or specialist live-in care as an alternative to a care home we are here to help.
